Auxiliarists are being asked to Contribute Photographs/Art Work
for the site.
-
To
give the web page a new look, we request that members submit
photographs or original art work for display on this web site.
Photographs should "tell" the Prevention story, and not just be
group snaps. Any subjects within the Prevention, Marine
Safety, or Marine Environment, including the beauty and majesty
of the sea itself or its inhabitants is suitable.
The rules are simple: JPEG format is preferable
although some ability to handle some raw format is possible, if
we cannot process your form of raw then you will be asked to
re-submit in JPEG format. Be sure to optionally include
additional information, like title, context, and photo details
(f-stop, focal length etc) with the photos. Photographs or
Art Work will be attributed on this web site. Only items
that are free of any intellectual property restrictions shall be
accepted, and by submission you so guarantee that the item is
free of any intellectual property restrictions, and confer upon
Prevention (M) Department, USCG Auxiliary, and Auxiliary
Association, unlimited, unfettered, and unrestricted use of that
intellectual property. The decision to publish any
photograph, including cropping and format/context is at the sole
discretion of the Prevention Department Staff whose decision is
final.
